Website / Product User Testing
Our company would like to explore and find user testing insights on our current website. We believe that insights coming out of these experiments will help us design a better product and offer a better experience to our customers. We would like a group of students to conduct user testing scenarios on our product with a handful of current and potential customers of ours and then report the results back to us. Conducting background research on our existing web application. We are happy to provide a walkthrough and other resources to help bring them up to speed. Identifying key areas of our current product and narrowing down which sections of the product and what scenarios should be tested with the users. Learning about various testing techniques that are currently industry standard and learning how to perform them efficiently and capture feedback well. Assistant Product Owner on Scrum Team
Details : We are looking for students to participate as a member of the scrum team as a Product Owner. Students will get to not only participate as an active member of the scrum team, but also get to understand how the scrum team's individual tasks relate to the entire organization. Students will participate on the scrum team as an assistant to the existing Product Owner to help with daily tasks and projects. Students will have to chance to spend more time devoted to learning how the scrum team works within the organization Students will understand product management and the entire product development flow within the organization. The final project deliverable will be <Insert deliverables necessary to your company’s desires>.
Competitive Analysis
Our company has been serving thousands of customers for decades. We want to better understand how our target audience perceives our brand and competitors. This will help us develop clarity on our competitive advantages and optimize our marketing strategy. We would like to collaborate with students to conduct a competitive analysis of our business. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company, products, and target market. Identifying current and potential future competitors. Creating a matrix identifying features that are similar and different between companies. Summarizing our competitive advantages and disadvantages relative to the competition identified. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending how our company can differentiate itself through products / services and messaging.
