As a participating organization, you can direct their research by providing particular areas of interest and context on challenges you face, but their review will be a general one that takes in the organization as a whole. By allowing learners to perform an unbiased assessment and review, you’ll receive unique insights in your area of interest.
The final project will result in recommendations, next steps, or some other type of actionable, evidence-based takeaways for the intended audience or user in your organization, or subject of the project.

Project Examples
Learners will identify strengths, weaknesses and areas of opportunity. They will provide recommendations to address your business needs and insights into areas of potential growth.
Recommendations can include, but are not limited to:
◦ A strategic plan developed for your organization to help you solve a problem or take advantage of an opportunity.
◦ A strategic analysis conducted on a selected part or area of your organization.
◦ A case study developed on a selected part of or situation within your organization.
◦ An intervention developed to address your organizations issue; for example, a workshop or training activity. The intervention should be broad-based enough to demonstrate the program-level outcomes.
◦ A consulting report developed to analyze a problematic issue within your organization; the issue and analysis should be broad-based enough to demonstrate program-level outcomes.
Your organization may propose other project types for the Capstone project so long as we can identify how the proposed project satisfies the requirement of demonstrating the competencies & program-level outcomes. The final project will result in recommendations, next steps, or some other type of actionable, evidence-based takeaways for the intended audience or user in your organization, or subject of the project.
Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
Be available for a quick phone call with the instructor to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the course.
Provide a dedicated contact who is available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the duration of the project to address students' questions.
