Each group member will contribute +40 hours of work to your organization, which will culminate in a 20-minute presentation, with an accompanying 2-page executive summary, which outlines strategic recommendations and an implementation plan that is actionable.

Each group member will contribute +40 hours of work to your organization, which will culminate in a 20-minute presentation, with an accompanying 2-page executive summary, which outlines strategic recommendations and an implementation plan that is actionable.

Project Examples

A group of 2-4 MBA-consultants, becoming Bloomberg certified, will solve a problem or opportunity that your organization is currently facing. The student-consultants will research industry trends, competitors, best practices, etc., to provide context and actionable recommendations. Past projects have included:

  • Find the cause of employee turnover
  • Integrating technology into operations
  • Company positioning in a new market
  • Product positioning in an existing market
  • Customer acquisition & sales strategy
Additional company criteria

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Be available for a 1-hour interview (virtual, phone, or in person) in order to make sure the students fully understand your company, industry and needs

Provide necessary data for students to solve the problem/opportunity (NDAs can be signed)

Be responsive to periodic emails to answer any questions or concerns that the student(s) may have as they progress

Attend the final presentation (virtually if not local) or host the students to present to management.
