Project Examples

Part 1 of the group project: Group Presentation (recorded or live streamed)

The presentation will address the following:

• clear description of your digital business and the service /product it offers;

• value proposition for stakeholders (e.g., Customers, Partners, Employees, Owners, and Investors)

• business model and prototype that shows the use of the product/service (set up an account for a professional software)

• competitors analysis

• marketing plan

• capabilities and resources needed to execute your strategies and marketing plans; (e.g., Partners, Employees, technology, Infrastructure, Go to market plans, operations & Financing)

• summary of financial projections and monetization

Part 2 of the group project: Group Report (3000 words)

Group report represents Part 2 of the group project, providing background analysis and underlying findings that shaped Going Global Digital Business Plan pitched by groups in their presentations (Part 1 of the group project).

• Groups are required to analyze and synthesize information and relevant contextual factors that are critical for the digital business strategy of your venture. (e.g. industry and technology trends, market structure, competitive environment)

• Groups are required to examine and map the entrepreneurial ecosystem and discuss how each dimension and relevant stakeholders influence your digital business. These dimensions could include:

a) Market

b) Support (including technology infrastructure)

c) Policy and regulations

d) Human capital (including a reflection on the team/the entrepreneurs)

e) culture, societal norms

f) Finance (including monetization)

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
