Tesann, quickly understood the project and got to work. Her contributions have brought new ideas and fresh perspective and pushed this project forward when it had stagnated since the departure of a colleague on maternity leave. Tes brought in animation and avatars to the program which will be a substantial source of revenue for us. She was so terrific we hired her!
