It was great to work with a real employer (Dakota Dental Clinic) and to know their challenges and obstacles. The supervising organization related to dentists had strict rules and regulations about marketing and promoting the service for dentists, making the process difficult for everyone. But in the end and after several sessions with the employer, the team found their path and tried to provide a solution for the company's problem.
