It has been a pleasure working with you all. I appreciate how you all recognize the students' emotional states during the project. Finding balance between simulating real client conduct and mentor support when communicating with them is valued by all parties. I am grateful to work with employers who understand the significance of student emotional and problem solving growth. You all have taken time out of your busy work days to meet on multiple occasions with our team and educational partners to ensure an accomplishable student challenge- which is again appreciate. I was pleasantly surprised when you all suggested the employer office hours for student questions and check ins. We had thought of that as a team, but were hesitant to request more of your time. Your availability and investment in this project has greatly attributed to a positive environment and challenge. The studnet feedback and answers provided on Friday office hours is invaluable for them to complete the remaining touches on their milestones. Looking forward to next year... I think it would be helpful to host these office hours in the middle of the week so they have more time to execute the advice. I also appreciate the feedback you provide our team after the student office hours so we can make adjustments and provide student support where needed.
