This project was a significant learning experience in UX research. We partook and provided input on interviews with high-level executives. I am, frankly, awe-inspired by the candor, amiability and professionalism required to conduct them. I look forward with excitement to seeing where this innovative design project goes. More significantly, I can't wait to see how the this timely AI product will change healthcare service systems in the future.
