Eric took great initiative in leading the team to provide the successful final deliverable and ontime! He is well-versed in understanding UI/UX design and flow and helping others to stay on track. I was impressed with his eye for details, doing research as needed and problem-solving. I truly enjoyed working with Eric and look forward to having him on more projects.
