- What is the main goal for this project?

I am working on developing web-based educational tools and electronic publishing web site. The educational tools are unique including a self-correcting Excel application, Self correcting questions, educational games, an application for generating data sets, and publishing tools that transfers any pdf file into an interactive Wiki style e-material.
I am looking for a team of designer (or teams) who work on developing the promotional material for these tools (individually) and also work designing the website that hosts and promotes these tools.
