Details

We are looking for students to work with our organization to assess and develop a Corporate Social Responsibility/sustainability plan. We want to positively impact sustainability, and interested to know where we can contribute to the UN SDGs and other sustainability initiatives.

Deliverables

Achievements for this project could include one or more of the following:

  • Assess our organizational sustainability impact
  • Create a sustainability framework for our organization
  • Develop a proposal to contribute to at least one sustainability/SDG initiative
  • Provide sustainability/SDG educational material and resources (eg. training presentation, brochure/posters, etc.) to enhance our employee's knowledge and role in sustainability
Mentorship

Students will connect directly with the employer by email, phone and virtual meetings. A dedicated employer representative will be assigned to this project.

Our organization partners to provide onsite third-party Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC), and Environmental Services (EVS), audits of practices and processes with objective, qualitative and quantitative feedback that are used to recognize results and develop quality improvement action plans. Our in-person infection control and environmental services education and training sessions, provided to IPAC Leads, frontline employees, clinicians, and leadership teams, develops fundamental and consistent knowledge and experience. We also partner to introduce IPAC and EVS manuals, and IPAC and EVS program development and implementation.
