The main goal for the project is to provide support as the company refreshes its e-learning content by translating it into French and Spanish. The successful candidate will need to have proficiency in these languages and some technical acumen. They will also be taught how to use the company's Learning Management System.

This will involve several different steps for the successful candidate, including:

- Translating existing e-learning content into French and Spanish.

- Learning to use the company's Learning Management System.

- Refreshing the e-learning content as needed.

The tasks that the successful candidate will need to complete to achieve the project goal include:

- Translated e-learning content in French and Spanish.

- Refreshed e-learning content as needed.

- Proficiency in using the company's Learning Management System.

We will use an AI bot to translate English content of our Leadership and Coaching Program into French and then again into Spanish. The successful candidate will need to know Quebecois French to vet translation.

Once the content is translated, the e-lesson slides may have to change in format, size and in wording to support the translated words. We will teach you how to do this.

We will also teach you how to sync the audio narration (which we do in house) to the slides.

Included would be an onboarding process where the individual has a mentor. Also included would be weekly 30 minute meetings with the owner to share wins, challenges and articulate where additional support is needed.
