- What is the main goal for this project?

Our company has an existing website platform currently under development and undergoing testing prior to launch.
We would like you to analyze and refine our platform prior to launch and provide technical support for the first few weeks of our launch phase.
This will involve:
- Conducting background research on our website/company
- Identify gaps or barriers to successful use of the website platform
- Optimizing website/server speed, security, and functionality/features
- Respond to and address technical issues as they arise upon first launch
Bonus steps in the process would also include:
- Attempt to automate some of the use cases for the website platform such as point and click simulations or writing your own code to simulate user activity
Final deliverables:
- The final polished and live website platform
- A presentation as stated above of the report
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:
- Familiarize themselves with our product and its requirements
- Familiarize themselves with different online marketplace features/strategies, what to look for in a testing and refining use, etc.
- Create a technical and feature checklist and ensure all running smoothing prior to and during launch
- Work alongside the team to document and address user bugs and/or other user issues in real time
- Present the final project results to us with the context of all their outcomes, problems they encountered, and next steps they recommend
