What is the main goal for this project?

As our organization continues to grow, it is important for us to stay up to date with our tools and processes for employee and organizational performance management. We have a desire to focus specifically on performance evaluation tools. The goal is for this tool to be interactive, user-friendly and relevant to our staff to assist with adoption and strategic tools to move the organization forward.

We want to use this opportunity to create a preliminary design and redesign of these tools to ensure targets, goals and performance targets are being documented and called upon.

Through this collaboration, we would like to develop:

  • Employee Performance Appraisals
  • Organization Annual Goals and Objectives
  • Process Improvement opportunities
  • A Balanced Scorecard
  • A Business Model Canvas
What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

The final deliverables should take the form of:

  • A final report
  • A 15-minute presentation

The final report and presentation should includes templates, material and recommendations related to:

  • Employee Performance Appraisals
  • Organization Annual Goals and Objectives
  • Process Improvement opportunities
  • A Balanced Scorecard
  • A Business Model Canvas
About the company

Our organization partners to provide onsite third-party Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC), and Environmental Services (EVS), audits of practices and processes with objective, qualitative and quantitative feedback that are used to recognize results and develop quality improvement action plans. Our in-person infection control and environmental services education and training sessions, provided to IPAC Leads, frontline employees, clinicians, and leadership teams, develops fundamental and consistent knowledge and experience. We also partner to introduce IPAC and EVS manuals, and IPAC and EVS program development and implementation.
