What is the main goal for this project?

We are a revenue operations consulting company looking to educate businesses about what revenue operations is, how it differs from marketing and sales operations, and how it can benefit their company. Our main line of business revolves around doing technological implementations of various SaaS software like Salesforce and SalesLoft, and helping businesses to optimize their technological landscape, so that they can get a 360 degree view of their prospects, clients, and their own company. We're looking to help companies understand what is working in their business, so that they can double down on that sort of activity, while eliminating unnecessary processes, procedures, or technology from their business model.

We're looking to have content created around various revenue operations topics that will help educate our target market (primarily small and medium businesses) about how revenue operations can help them, and the benefits they'll gain by implementing various technological software.

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

  • Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topics
  • Create an explainer video for prospects to show the value we can provide and help them understand revenue operations
  • Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sector
  • Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story

A student or team with excellent writing and video skills would be the ideal candidate for this project.
