Currently, the company is exploring market opportunities for amaranth-based products, such as amaranth oil, snack bars, and pop amaranth, in North America. Amaranth grains are considered to be superfood and had many therapeutic benefits. We are looking for students to write blogs on amaranth-based products. The project includes:
- Research on health benefits of amaranth and its applications in the foods industry;
- Development of short blog articles for posting on the website and other social media platforms;
- Reaching out to other websites for opportunities to post guest posts on amaranth and amaranth products.
Based on insights from our marketing team and your research, you will develop a set of blog materials for our existing media (email and website communications channels) and make recommendations on alternative media to consider such as social media, etc. to bring awareness of amaranth products.
This project will involve:
- Researching the amaranth products' target markets to develop effective blog content.
- Assessing our existing marketing communications and adjusting messaging in blogs as per your research.
The final deliverables should take the form of:
- A set of written blogs
- A report on the outreach to other websites to post guest blogs
- A 30-minute presentation on the research on amaranth and its food applications for blog topics.
We will provide at least 5 hours of mentorship and supervision.
