editing storytelling decision makingOur organization is passionate about promoting the social cause of helping women with their financial decision making. We want to increase awareness about a particular topic.
We would like to collaborate with students to create an awareness video.
This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Familiarizing themselves with the social cause, our mission and goals.
- Recording a film that captures this issue in a storytelling manner.
- Finding and applying suitable sounds
- Perhaps adding text, transitions, and overlays to the video, if appropriate
Bonus steps in the process would also include:
- Presenting the video and making edits based on feedback.
- Recommending ideas and editing tools for future awareness videos.
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- Understanding of the social cause, our mission and goals
- Development of an awareness video
Bonus steps would include:
- Revising the video based on feedback
- Recommending ideas and tools for future videos
Final deliverables should include
- A finalized video.
Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:
- Our organization’s mission and goals
- Our awareness campaigns
- Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.

Untangle Money builds money planning tools specifically for the financial situations of everyday people. We help everyday people find joy in their money by visually showing where their money is going today and the different money choices they can make to affect their money in the future. We distill Money Planning into two key metrics that help people focus on what matters. Our money planning approach has reduced participants’ financial anxiety by 30%. We are closing the wealth gap, one plan at a time.
