- What is the main goal for this project?

I am looking for a questionnaire similar to MBTI or DiSC or Strengthsfinder that will help entrepreneurs get an assessment on their ability to "succeed" as an entrepreneur.
This is helpful for the entrepreneur to know what they may need to improve in order to have success or for the investor looking to predict the ability to succeed as a leader.
I believe EI is a core component from the dealing with and leading others as well as working with clients, vendors and investors as well. While there are more than just EI elements at work, EI is one of the main pieces.
