Details

Practice PPE Exams seeks to enhance the impact and engagement of its monthly engineering newsletter, which currently reaches over 15,000 readers. The goal is to transform the newsletter into a more meaningful and engaging communication tool that resonates with its audience. The project involves reimagining the content, the giveaways, the design, and structure of the newsletter to better align with reader interests and industry trends.

Additionally, the revamped newsletter should be versatile enough to generate 4-6 engaging social media posts per edition, thereby extending its reach and impact.

The project will require a thorough analysis of current newsletter performance, audience preferences, and best practices in digital communication. Learners will apply their knowledge of marketing, communication, and design to create a prototype of the new newsletter format and the social media posts it will generate.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a comprehensive report detailing the proposed changes to the newsletter, including content strategy, design elements, and distribution plan. A prototype of the redesigned newsletter should be created, showcasing the new format and content. Additionally, a set of 4-6 social media post templates derived from the newsletter content should be developed. The deliverables will be presented in a final presentation to Practice PPE Exams, highlighting the anticipated benefits and implementation plan.
