The main goal for the project is to review the compensation for 2 staff and 10 consultants at Practice PPE Exams and advise on what is reasonable and interesting for proper compensation and strong employee retention. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Analyzing the current compensation packages for staff and consultants.


- Researching industry standards and best practices for compensation in the engineering education sector.


- Developing a proposal for revised compensation packages that align with the company's goals and budget.


- Presenting the proposal to the company's management for approval and implementation.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, students should complete the following tasks:


- A comprehensive analysis of the current compensation packages for staff and consultants.


- A detailed proposal for revised compensation packages, including salary ranges, benefits, and incentives.


- A presentation to the company's management outlining the rationale for the proposed changes and the expected impact on employee retention and satisfaction.



Final deliverables:


- A written report detailing the analysis, proposal, and presentation materials.


- A presentation to the company's owner.

We'll be helping with weekly meetings, current hourly rate for our staff and anything else you need to complete this job.
