Our company has pivoted business strategies to embrace the "new normal." As a healthcare company we provide services in the home such as personal care, daily assisted living and companionship, as you can imagine with the shift in standards, we are providing our staff with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to continue to provide outstanding care. As our team focuses on the daily tasks that come with administration, we are hoping to expand our horizons and broaden our capacity with the addition of PPE sales within the company. Our scheduling team has been trained to assist with the communication aspects: reaching out to suppliers/customers/businesses, updating our catalogues as needed and keeping our suppliers up to date with any incoming requests. We would like to assist our admin staff by alleviating the pressure of trying to balance the sales reports whilst keeping our books up to date for home care clients.
