planning online marketing competitive analysis paragraphs swot analysisDLA and Associates Inc is planning to launch new consumer products on online marketplaces, such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. We want to develop clarity on our competitive advantages and optimize our online marketing strategy to sell our products on these platforms. The product categories include snack bars, grain products, and specialty honey.
We will give you access to organizational assets to support this project such as brand collateral, and more.
Objective
We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitors in online market places and how we can differentiate ourselves through our product/service offering, and our messaging.
Students can select a specific product category to focus on.
The final deliverables will include:
- Identification of our current and future competitors in the selected online marketplaces,
- The creation of a matrix identifying features shared across the companies and those that are different.
- A summary of 2-4 paragraphs describing our competitive advantages and disadvantages relative to the competition identified. This could be done in the form of a SWOT analysis.
Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project for at least 5 hours.
