human resource managementStudents will build out a skeleton of Inform Your Community's HR Portal on SharePoint. We have most of the content and a rough idea of the design. We are currently an all volunteer organization and are poised to start hiring. As we grow we want to make sure we have everything HR related all set up and ready!
Work on this project will involve:
- brainstorming ideas for the visual elements and design of the platform
- problem solving for necessary content elements
- basic web design (SharePoint is inexperienced designer friendly)
- completing the basic skeletal build out which is great to show future employers
- using and gaining knowledge about HR founding elements (handbook, etc)
- troubleshooting and making evidence-based recommendations
- presentation of ideas in PowerPoint and/or written report
