The main goal for the project is to create graphic designs for short stories that will be used in media and production to bring about social justice in the community. The designs should effectively convey the message of the short stories and align with the company's mission of using cinema as an instrument for change. This will involve several different steps for the designers, including:

- Collaborating with the production team to ensure the designs align with the overall vision of the short stories.

- Making revisions based on feedback from the production team and community members involved in the stories.

By the end of the project, designers should complete the following tasks:

Mentorship programs have become an increasingly popular resource as organizations to

recognize the value of employee development.

Mentorship relationships happen naturally within any professional setting when someone with more experience (the mentor) offers valuable insights to someone with less experience (the mentee). But establishing formal mentorship programs adds the structure and consistency necessary for long-lasting and positive outcomes. In the process of supporting candidates in the completion of the project the mentor will guide them with 5 hours of their time and resources in their specific interests in order for them to successfully complete the project.
