communication organizational strategy promotional materialsAs our organization continues to grow, it is important for us to revisit and develop our organizational vision, mission, and values. We would like our values to align current and new employees and clients, as well as guide our strategy.
Goals of this project could include:
- Identify our organization's fundamental beliefs
- Determine our organization's vision, mission, and values
- Propose goals and objectives to work towards the mission
- Create behavioural indicators for each value
- Develop internal/external communication material/promotional material to roll-out the vision, mission, and values
- Recommend an implementation plan to roll-out our organizational vision, mission, and values
Students will connect directly with a designated employer contact for this project by email, phone or in virtual meetings. Owners and senior leaders/leads will participate in meetings to discuss the type of work, the focuses, and values of the organization.
About the company
Our organization partners to provide onsite third-party Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC), and Environmental Services (EVS), audits of practices and processes with objective, qualitative and quantitative feedback that are used to recognize results and develop quality improvement action plans. Our in-person infection control and environmental services education and training sessions, provided to IPAC Leads, frontline employees, clinicians, and leadership teams, develops fundamental and consistent knowledge and experience. We also partner to introduce IPAC and EVS manuals, and IPAC and EVS program development and implementation.
