The main goal for the project is to create a short film that addresses a social justice issue within the community. The film should aim to bring about awareness and change regarding the specific issue chosen. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Researching and selecting a social justice issue to address in the film.

- Developing a script and storyboard for the short film.

- Organizing auditions and casting community members to act in the film.

- Filming and editing the short film.

- Promoting and distributing the film to the community and wider audience.

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:

- A well-researched and compelling script and storyboard for the short film.

- A completed and edited short film that effectively addresses the chosen social justice issue.

- A promotional plan for distributing the film to the community and wider audience.

Final deliverables:

- The final short film in a suitable format for distribution.

- A promotional plan and materials for distributing the film.

Mentorship programs have become an increasingly popular resource as organizations

to recognize the value of employee development.

Mentorship relationships happen naturally within any professional setting when someone with more experience (the mentor) offers valuable insights to someone with less experience (the mentee). But establishing formal mentorship programs adds the structure and consistency necessary for long-lasting and positive outcomes. In the process of supporting candidates in the completion of the project the mentor will guide them with 5 hours of their time and resources in their specific interests order for them to successfully complete the project.
