Learners will analyze existing DE&I data, identify key trends, and propose actionable strategies that enhance inclusivity and collaboration across different age groups. The project will enable learners to apply their knowledge of organizational behavior, data analysis, and strategic planning to develop a comprehensive roadmap that supports Riipen's DE&I objectives.
Career Pathing Enhancement for Riipen
Riipen aims to enhance career path visibility for its staff, facilitating better career development and progression. The project involves mapping out potential career paths within the organization, creating comprehensive documentation, and developing communication materials to effectively convey this information to employees. The goal is to empower staff with clear guidance on leveraging career pathing resources and understanding available opportunities. Additionally, the project will include crafting guides for managers to facilitate meaningful discussions with their teams about career development. This initiative seeks to align employee aspirations with organizational growth, fostering a more engaged and motivated workforce.
Level UP Brand Ambassador - Northwest Territories
*Please note you have to be attending or associated with a post-secondary institution in Northwest Territories to be eligible for this project. The Level UP program by Riipen aims to enhance student participation through a comprehensive marketing campaign targeting post-secondary institutions in the Nova Scotia Province. The problem at hand is the current low awareness and engagement levels among students regarding the Level UP program. The goal is to create strategic promotional materials, conduct market research, and execute targeted outreach efforts. By leveraging social media platforms, email campaigns, and virtual events, the campaign seeks to significantly boost student sign-ups and participation in the Level UP student programs. This project will provide learners with the opportunity to apply their marketing knowledge and skills to a real-world scenario, enhancing their understanding of strategic marketing and outreach.
