My experience throughout this internship has been positive. The work I was assigned was interesting, allowing me to explore new concepts and learn new skills. My supervisor was consistently helpful, informative, and responsive. My ideas were respected and appreciated, and I was able to contribute substantially to the projects in which I participated. I really appreciated the ways that my supervisor encouraged my creativity and my research interests. She found ways to incorporate my ideas and met me where my skills, interests, and knowledge levels intersected with the project. This interactive and responsive leadership helped me learn and practice better than I would have through a more rigid project structure. I really enjoyed this internship, and I'm glad I took the step to apply!
