Overview
Learner goals and capabilities

Are you an international trade organization or business? We have 3 classes of first and second year classes who will work together on a project to help you with your international business and logistics. One group will develop and implement a transport and logistics system. The second group will look at finance and business risk analysis. The third group will analyse consumer behaviour, profile international market. They will evaluate the effectiveness of the program with a written report.

Expected outcomes and deliverables

We will provide strategy reports and online presentation in the areas agreed upon.

Project Examples

Previously students have worked in collaboration between students in Indonesia and Seattle on a project on purchasing goods and exporting goods from the United States to Asia. The project was a feasibility study considering profit, shipping safely, compliance and customs.

Additional company criteria

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Provide 2 dedicated contacts who is available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the duration of the project to address students' questions.

Availability for mid project questions and feedback with students

Be available for a quick video conference with the instructor to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the course.
