Project Summary: The main goal of this project is to create a mock help desk support center with documentation for common issues. Participants will respond to simulated tickets and create a searchable knowledge base.
Network Setup and Security Audit
Project Summary: The main goal of this project is to design a secure network topology for a small business. This includes Wi-Fi, VLANs, firewall configurations, and basic monitoring.
Onboarding & Systems Activation Guide
Project Summary: The main goal of this project is to develop and document a full IT onboarding process for new employees, from PC setup and user profile creation to network access and initial training materials.
Technical Support Diagnostic Flowcharts & Scripts
Project Summary: The main goal of this project is to develop diagnostic scripts and flowcharts for resolving common IT support issues like “no internet,” “slow computer,” or “printer not working" to help streamline IT support requests and enable users to troubleshoot solutions.
