Leadership, Strategy and Sustainability
ADM4317
In teams of 4-6 students, work on a strategy consulting project for a community partner that, in theory, could be implemented by the community partner in the near future. The goal is to craft a document that analyzes a particular sustainability, leadership and/or strategy challenge/opportunity that a specific organization is facing right now and to present a well-researched, clear and compelling analysis of the issue as well as recommendations for action. The consulting projects should be written at a level that you might expect to see from large consulting firms such as McKinsey or BCG and students should think of your community partners as clients.
