Experience feedback
The team demonstrated dedication and effort in tackling the fundraising initiative. While there were challenges with team engagement, Hari took on a leadership role and remained proactive in ensuring progress. He displayed strong accountability and worked to bring the team together despite some members being less communicative. The overall work submitted was satisfactory, with some members contributing more actively than others. The project could have benefited from stronger collaboration and more consistent participation from all team members. Greater communication and teamwork would have helped refine their strategies and maximize the impact of their fundraising efforts. That being said, the team showed resilience in navigating the challenges, and their contributions provided valuable insights into fundraising strategies. With more structured collaboration, they could achieve even stronger results in future projects.
