PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET:
myLaminin is bringing a Blockchain-enabled document sharing and verification service to market that will put individuals in control of their important personal documents and credentials through a secure and convenient app. It delivers 100% assurance of document authenticity and significant operational efficiencies and reduction in fraud for issuers and requestors.
We have recently completed our MVP and looking to confirm product/market fit as well as prioritize market segments to drive our goto market activities and investments.
As we plan for alpha/beta engagement with potential clients and transitioning our product from MVP to Minimal Marketable Product, we need support to do the following:
- Identify and Confirm Different Target Industries, Market Size, and Client Segments
- Conduct Required Primary Research to Confirm and Validate myLaminin Value Proposition
- Identify, Obtain & Engage Potential myLaminin Beta Test Participation
- Leverage Online/Social Media Marketing to Drive the Activities Above, and
- Work with the myLaminin Founders to Drive this Program of Work
While we have other interns and overseas developers engaged in the build of our platform, we are looking to engage more resources to potentially progress some of the activities above working with our Founders and existing team members to accelerate the delivery of the next release and go to market in the most efficient manner.
We have been approved to host our application on the Ontario Center of Innovation Next Generation Network Program 5G Testbed and our ability to quickly get our product beta tested is very important.
KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES/TÂCHES ASSOCIÉES AU PROJET:
We are looking for a team that has a breadth of experience with marketing principles and perhaps online marketing strategies, to guide the myLaminin team to:
- Prepare a Structured Plan to Achieve the Objectives Above.
- Secure Input, Review and Feedback from the myLaminin Team in the Identification of Deliverables and Approaches to their Development.
- Progress the Primary and Secondary Research Required.
- Engage With Market Stakeholders as Required.
- Report on Progress on a Periodic Basis as Agreed.
- Deliver a Final Report of Findings & Recommendations.
