myLaminin is bringing a Blockchain-enabled document sharing and verification service to market that will put individuals in control of their important personal documents and credentials through a secure and convenient app. It delivers 100% assurance of document authenticity and significant operational efficiencies and reduction in fraud for issuers and requestors.
We are in the process of completing our MVP which is currently scheduled for end of September 2021.
As we plan for alpha/beta engagement with potential clients and making our app available for download, we need to plan for and enable the following:
- Online/Social Media Marketing Strategy, and
- Execution of said strategy to attract users and institutions onto the platform
While we have other interns and overseas developers engaged in the build of our MVP, we are looking to engage more resources to potentially progress some of the activities above working with our Founder & CEO as well as our existing team to accelerate the delivery of the next release and go to market in an effective and integrated manner.
We have been approved to host our application on the Ontario Center of Innovation Next Generation Network Program 5G Testbed and our ability to quickly get our product market-ready for demonstration is important.
KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES:
We are looking for a team that has the breadth of experience with marketing principles, online marketing strategies, and SEO skills to guide the myLaminin team to:
- Update myLaminin website
- Align all myLaminin social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
- Execute the marketing strategy to drive application adoption and interest from individuals and institutions alike.
- Report on uptake and effectiveness of marketing strategies executed.
As a startup, the Founders are very much engaged and "hands on" with respect to all aspects of bringing the service to market. While we currently have twelve (12) staff members geographically distributed in five (5) countries - USA, Canada, Ukraine, India and Pakistan - we operate as a virtual but integrated team. We do this through daily virtual status calls/meetings to monitor progress, plan sprints, and resolve issues/questions.
It is our intent to continue to work in this manner and to integrate the team supporting this activity into the daily scrum meetings and operations so that they have a good understanding of the business we are standing up as well as how best to enable it through their deliverables.

Current methods of securing important research data is fragmented and uncontrolled. Universities that conduct important research are seen as soft targets by malicious actors as a result. Yet principal investigators with responsibilities for securing this important research data don't have the tools available to them to effectively manage this data and ensure compliance with their contractual and regulatory obligations as custodians of that data.
myLaminin provides a blockchain-enabled document and data-sharing and verification service that gives research institutions greater security, convenience, and control over the sharing of these important assets. It also delivers massive operational efficiencies, improved client service experience, and reduction in cybercrime exposure.
The myLaminin platform provides a level of security, immutability, and provenance of research data that existing platforms do not deliver.
