The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible to work alongside their team to generate brand awareness and potential new residential window cleaning customer leads and also do data entry on our CRM through. Strong performance in lead generation will create the opportunity to learn to perform estimates and sell window cleaning jobs over the phone and even a future opportunity with the company. They will work towards weekly targets, with bonuses available for strong performance. The initiative is encouraged in finding innovative, safe ways to reach potential new customers.

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

• Familiarity with our target market, products and services
• Deployment of marketing content
• Updates to our channels and social media platforms

Bonus steps would include:

• Recommending SEO strategies

Final deliverables should include

• Marketing materials
• Excel Spreadsheets of leads and cost to cost per lead number

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

• Our marketing strategies
• Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
• In depth training of our CRM Software and our Company's area of business.
