OVERVIEW:

The purpose of this project is to create user flows, personas, and wireframes based on the observation of participant research with internal stakeholders and existing staff for a Client who is developing a new product.

Step 1: Research: Attend research sessions, provide recommendations, help to fill in 3 personas.

The research will help the company understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of their customers and potential customers. The outcome of the research will be a findings and a prioritized list of recommendations to implement the next steps (see below)

Step 2: User Flows and Wireframes:

Based upon user interviews, user flows as well as wireframes will be created.

**If there is time**

If there is remaining time for the IDP, the students will be asked to create a click-through prototype of the wireframes for future usability testing.
