Details

We want to expand our Service offering with a new web/mobile based consumer networking application (Details are confidential, and will be shared with students after they have signed the NDA). We would like the students to work on the following areas to help us build a world class technology application for the target users.

  • Translate consumers needs and the opportunity into application requirement.
  • Identify what open source software is available and what software architecture patterns would be best suited towards this application.
  • Creation of a detailed software architecture model, highlighting key components, software, patterns and anything else needed.
  • Software application design, development, and implementation.
Deliverables

The final deliverables would include

  • A detailed report which captures our product requirements, proposed system architecture and the tools to be used.
  • Use cases and UX design for each use case.
  • Proof of concept application which demonstrates the architecture and user interface.
  • Proposed Test Strategy and Test Cases.
  • Implementation plan including a list of integrations with internal or external systems.

Mentorship

Students will connect directly with us for guidance and mentorship throughout the project.
