What is the main goal for this project?

We want to expand our Service offering with a new web/mobile based consumer networking application (Details are confidential, and will be shared with students after they have signed the NDA). We need insights to help anticipate the commercialization and the best approach to go to market successfully with our new product. Initial questions to brainstorm include, but are not limited to:

1. Target Consumers, their needs, and the opportunities.

2. Functionalities of MVP (Minimum Viable Product) that are essential for the product success.

3. Where in the world is the best place to launch for early success? What is the total market size for this opportunity?

4. Who are our closest competitors and how do we differentiate ourselves?

5. How do we establish our brand: Build awareness, acquire customers, and defend any early success?

We are looking to gain alternative perspectives on potential marketing tactics and better understand the current competitive market.
