Designing for companies who do good. From helping the environment to designing products for women, we provide innovative and immersive experiences in the digital and physical world.
Our Goal:
We want to better understand our target market and the overall market, so we can uniquely position ourselves within our industry.
We would like to collaborate with students to create a marketing strategy and plan.
This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Familiarizing themselves with our company’s values, offerings and services.
- Researching our target market and market potential.
- ----including Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) and
- ----marketing mix Product, Price, Place, and Promotion 4P
- Researching the industry and competitive landscape.
- Recommending strategies to improve our positioning, brand, products and services.
- ----including Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) plan.
- Marketing plan performance evaluation matrix.
- Situational and environmental analysis.
Bonus steps in the process would also include:
- Identifying our company’s competitive advantages
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- Familiarity with our company’s services
- Understanding of our target market and market potential
- Understanding of our industry and competitors
- Recommendation of strategies to improve our company’s services
- Setting up marketing strategy.
- Providing marketing plans and methods to evaluate the outcomes.

Final deliverables should include
- Clarifying marketing goals (SMART).
- Setting up strategies and plans to reach those goals.
- And creating metric systems for measuring the achievements upon set goals in different time periods.
