The primary goal of this research project is to investigate effective strategies and recommendations for increasing the enrollment and engagement of individuals in our Taekwondo business. By conducting a comprehensive study of the Taekwondo industry, our target audience, and the competitive landscape, we aim to develop actionable insights and recommendations that will enable our business to attract a broader and more diverse range of participants, thereby promoting growth and sustainability in the long term. Through data-driven analysis and a thorough understanding of our unique strengths and challenges, we intend to refine our marketing, instructional, and customer retention approaches to enhance the overall experience for both current and potential Taekwondo practitioners while driving increased enrollment and revenue for our business.
