Upon reflection on this tutoring effort of mine, I feel that I've grown both personally and professionally. It was so fun to expand my understanding of a variety of topics and instructional approaches through constant preparation and research. In terms of skill development, my ability to communicate and interact with others has greatly increased. My ability to manage my time better has also increased as a result of managing several students and tasks at once and making sure that every student got the help and attention they needed. Overall, this tutoring project has been incredibly rewarding, both professionally and personally. I look forward to applying the skills and insights gained from this experience to use.
