Health & Wellness Program Implementation

Currently, we are working on developing a B2B2C Platform to improve mental health in enterprise with EAP service or wellness programs. We use AI-Machine learning and VRET-Virtual reality exposure therapy to help professionals help their patients better. To be able to our formalized Health and Wellness platform we need psychology students or other clinical professional help. We do not feel we have an adequate understanding of what types of health and wellness initiatives will be of value to our employees. We would like to get a better sense of what other organizations are doing to promote health and wellness among their employees and which programs are most impactful. Students will be provided access to organization information as required, including access to user list of therapist and counsellors to help collecting survey or interview data (validation or beta testing remote). The primary goal of implementing a Health and Wellness Program is to elevate the overall wellbeing of clients

IT/Cybersecurity/Programming

Our organization is able to offer computer science students or teams an opportunity to work on our platform for mental healthcare and training that is leveraging immersive technology. (Web, AI, VR, AR, IOT) The primary focus areas for this project: Website Integration - We have a user panel we would like to integrate into our website. (C-panel) Cybersecurity- Auditing of compliance regulation implementation in existing platform and programming to meet HIPAA/PIPEDA Compliance regulation. Software Evaluation (e.g. new CRM) - Conducting a needs analysis; researching available options; evaluating the options within the context of our organization's budget, immediate needs, and projected needs. Application Programming Interfaces - Redesigning an existing API to simplify it; changing API technologies; designing a new API; creating or updating public-facing documentation. Machine Learning Software Solution - Creating a recommendation engine; spotting trends in existing data; spotting anomalies in data sets. Real-Time Data Visualization - Creating a charting system with basic querying functionality; creating a dashboard to visualize key performance metrics of our organization or tool. Software Lifecycle Analysis - Improving our existing software development lifecycle methodologies; determining if we should use a waterfall approach or an agile approach; researching tools for continuous delivery or integration. Open Source Software Management - Researching potential open source tools for our organization’s use; contributing to open source projects through bug fixing or feature implementation. Database Analysis - Decreasing query execution time; Changing ORM code in hotspots to more efficient SQL. We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern using these communication tools : Riipen messaging, company slack, email, zoom calls This is a great opportunity for interested students to gain experience working with XR technologies!

Our organization is able to offer students in Business analysis, AI-Machine learning, and Software development knowledge on immersive technologies. We are providing an opportunity to work on our platform for mental healthcare and training that is leveraging immersive technology. (Web, AI, VR, AR, IoT) The primary focus areas for this project: Development of phase 1 of our AI-Machine learning Application Programming Interfaces - Redesigning an existing API to simplify it; changing API technologies; updating our existing API to add the text analysis; creating or updating public-facing documentation. The recommendation in terms of spotting trends in existing data; spotting anomalies in data sets.

Cogni Business plan (model) and financials

Our mission is to be a possible pathway of intervention to de-stigmatize and democratize mental health services (offered by mental health providers in private practice, to companies and to clinicians in educational establishments concerned with the well-being of teachers, and students) in Canada and beyond. And this, in a context, where we offer unique mental health provisions that are affordable and comply with HIPAA # PIPEDA privacy regulations on the Cogni digital platform. We concentrate on providing user-centric solutions that promote human engagement and goes beyond well-being stories. The challenge I am facing as an entrepreneur in Educational Technology and Mental health industry is to develop the right business plan and finanancials for the company in relations to the competition (our competitive advange) in the telehealth industry (mental health B2B2C space for a subscription /Licensing model).
