This organization works so well with students and is supportive and provides templates, videos, and examples as needed to assist with understanding. The projects included are also very valuable in the world space.

iSAW always makes an effort to tailor learning opportunities to each student's interests and career goals. This personalized approach allowed students to gain experience in areas that were most relevant to their future careers.

I learned a lot through the iSAW program with the American Women's College. It allowed me the freedom to explore important topics relating to gender inequality in the workplace and specifically as working mother which was a personal aspect to my own experiences.

Most of my interactions with with Julie Cheam who was great. She was was very clear in the deliverables and was always available to the students when they had questions. Her responses to any questions I had was always quick and helpful. This was my first experience adding a project like this to my classroom and it couldn't have gone better.

ISAW was fantastic to work with! I had so much fun on this project!

I really enjoyed working with iSAW and doing research into gender diversity! It helped me learn about problems women are facing in the workplace today and what we can do to help them. The project also allowed me to collaborate with like-minded individuals to create final deliverables we were all proud of and that could educate the general public.

I believe there was a lack of communication between the instructor and the director regarding what was expected of the class. I really did like the project and I would do this again, only if it is group work.

Completing my project with iSAW was beneficial for my education and future. Working under the direction of the iSAW team was easy, as they were supportive, offered feedback, and communicated in a timely and professional manner with clear instructions and resources to assist me along the way.

iSAW is working for a great cause and I am glad to have been a part of accelerating the closing of the gender gap. My point of contact, Julie, was quick to respond to inquires and provided as much information on the project as she could. There was some ambiguity about the process of submitting our deliverables which caused a little anxiety for me, but otherwise things went smoothly and I felt confident in the material I submitted.

The iSAW organization is a wonderful organization with an important mission that works with my CHM 101 students and recognizes their contributions. They have been open to modifications and updates to the project as well.

I had a great experience while working on the gender diversity project with the employers. I could learn more about resilience and gain more soft skills to cope with hardship and stress while promoting gender diversity in the workplace.

The internship went above and beyond what I expected! It was fascinating to conduct research on the project's assigned topic. With this project, I had a number of firsts, including my first online internship and the creation of an infographic. I felt very engaged and like I was changing things because of the course, which was very satisfying.

I truly enjoyed working with Julie at iSAW on my Riipen project. She is very thorough and responsive. This project was engaging and eye-opening to the issues at hand. I learned a lot from my work with iSAW and will utilize this knowledge to do everything within my power to achieve gender equality.
