User Growth Strategy for Trading Card Website
The main goal of this project is to launch a MVP of a new website for trading card hobbyists in July 2024. The website will help users organize and complete their collections. The company, Golgotha Press, Inc., has no users and the goal of this project is to figure out the right strategy for rapid user growth in order to scale the website and implement new features. This will involve several different steps for the team, including: - Researching the target market of trading card hobbyists and their preferences. - Developing a user acquisition strategy to attract the initial user base. - Implementing user feedback mechanisms to understand user needs and preferences. - Analyzing user behavior and engagement to identify opportunities for growth. - Creating a plan for scaling the website and implementing new features based on user growth.
Springboard | UI/UX Design Project
We are creating a collectors portal to find and organize trading cards. We are preparing to launch our MVP (June/July 2024) and phase two will be creating a responsive design that is mobile and tablet friendly. The main goal is to review the desktop designs and make recommendations for creating a similar workflow for phones and tablets. It will be a mobile / tablet website, not native app.
