Redesign an Internal HR System / Processes/Forms

Positions available: 2 individual students As our clients continue to grow, it is important for us to help them stay up to date with tools and processes for employee and performance management. We have a desire to focus specifically on job descriptions and competency models as well as HR forms and onboarding. The goal is for these tools to be interactive, user-friendly and relevant to our clients to assist with adoption. We want to use this opportunity to create a preliminary redesign of this tool to ensure targets, goals and performance issues are being documented and called upon. Through this collaboration, we would like to develop a plan that addresses three key areas: Revised job descriptions and career ladders/pathways for each job classification Improved HR forms to ensure compliance and better utilization An improved onboarding process

The intern will be involved in methodology and project development, research and analysis, report writing and preparation, and client support activities. The intern will gain real world experience on projects and utilize considerable independent judgment to design, analyze, and support project proposals and deliverables. The ideal candidate has excellent project management, research, writing, and time management skills and is highly organized and self-motivated. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Economics, Liberal Arts, Nonprofit Management, or related field and Master's level candidates preferred.

We would like to work with students to develop these unique pages for us. Number of individual students required: 10 students, any Province or Territory, Canada To complete the project, you will launch ten town pages on 1000towns.ca. Launch WordPress pages - Phase 3, 1000 Towns of Canada

Number of individual students required: 10 students, from any Province or Territory in Canada To complete the project, you will launch ten WordPress pages on 1000towns.ca. We would like to work with students to develop their WordPress skills in building unique pages for us. Please check a few town pages on 1000towns.ca before applying. Students should be prepared to: Launch 10 town pages in WordPress based on our template Build pages based on providing digital content (wording, images, etc.) Test launched pages for bugs The 1000 Towns of Canada team will provide a manual and training.
