Number of individual students required: 15 students, any Province or Territory, Canada We would like to lunch new small town pages on 1000towns.ca. We would like to work with students to develop these unique pages for us. Students should be prepared to: Launch 10 town pages in WordPress based on our template Build pages, with our assistance in providing digital content Test launched pages The 1000 Towns team will provide training.

We want to add more elements to our existing website. The website is built on Wordpress. Interns should be prepared to: Create a design proposal including wireframes or low-fidelity mockups for our company's review. Build fully-functioning web pages, with our assistance in providing content and copy. Provide training on updating and maintaining the site.
Data Entry to generate/expand a prospect database
Chemicals 101 directly markets products research labs. Initial contact with the customer is done by email. To populate a database there is significant time to organize the contacts information. We would like to collaborate with students in data entry to work towards maintaining a functional database. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our database structure. Transferring data into our databases efficiently. Verifying the accuracy of the data in our databases and making relevant updates. Organizing and retrieving data as requested. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Providing assistance in creating new databases.
Voice Sample Collection for Aview International
The goal of this project is to research and collect various voice samples of various creators, both male and female, across different ages to help us train our AI dubbing software. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching and collecting voice samples from various creators, both male and female, across different ages. - Analyzing the collected voice samples to identify any patterns or trends. - Developing a database of voice samples for our AI dubbing software. - Optimizing the database for better performance. - Testing the database and making improvements based on additional data. Final deliverable: to collect ~400 voice samples that can be used to train our database for AI dubbing. This will be added to a pre-constructed database we have created for the student.

Takoda Consulting is an Indigenous female-owned consultancy that focuses on working with male-dominated industries on how to better recruit, retain and support women. I am grateful to have a dual MBA Cornell & Queens - Graduating in 2023 and officially launched Takoda Consulting in the fall of 2023. While we're thrilled with the influx of opportunities, we're facing challenges in critical areas where additional support could be invaluable: 1. Leveraging AI: Exploring AI applications for both Takoda Consulting and our clientele to optimize operations and outcomes. 2. Streamlining Inquiry Management: Developing a structured system to manage inquiries from various channels effectively, including our website, email, and personal networks. 3. Enhancing Scheduling Efficiency: Improving our scheduling system to ensure seamless client communication and appointment booking processes. Recently paid for Motion APP and need help and accountability to get going. 4. Research on First Nations across Canada: Understanding what resource extraction and development projects impact the nations in their regions. Gain clarity on the structure of the Nation and its operations as well as demographics and historical challenges. 5 .Create and build a simple structure for financial business tracking. Annual calendar and steps to ensure nothing is missed due to overwhelm by other tasks. We're eager to collaborate with students to gain fresh perspectives and support in: - Reviewing and refining our company vision and promotion strategies. - Simplifying intake management processes and harnessing innovative ideas. - Engaging in market analysis to identify niche opportunities and competitor landscapes. -Building out our mentorship program and launching the initial pilot program. We'll align tasks with students' passions and strengths upon finding suitable matches to maximize their impact and satisfaction within our collaborative environment.

This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Analyzing the current website and social media platforms to identify areas for improvement. - Developing a content strategy to showcase the properties, attractions, and experiences in Prince Edward County. As well, adding new divisions (Renovations, Investment Properties, Franchising) within current website. - Creating engaging and visually appealing website and social media content. - Implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility and traffic. - Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to measure the impact of the enhancements.

Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable. Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content. Providing training on updating and maintaining the website. The main project goal is to facilitate the organization and accessibility of background material for documentary and book-related projects, particularly in logging film footage/photos, transcribing interviews, conducting marketing and PR research to further the productivity of the company. This requires detailed scrutiny, knowledge of excel spreadsheets, in-depth research skills, curiosity, adaptability to the needs of various projects, creativity and critical thinking, and the possibility of writing material for website promotion.
