We are building one-stop shop for fitness business. We launched admin app Flento to the app store and google play store. Helping our users to improve their efficiency. We believe that our platform will be able to provide help of the "Front desk agent" without having one. Our goal is to acquire over 1000 users, gain social media following, create a brand awareness by the end of Q1. Organize our existing UX files in the order.

The main goal for the project is to enhance the user experience of the Flento app by reorganizing the existing Figma file for improved efficiency and creating comprehensive user flows and information architecture diagrams to enhance clarity. The project also aims to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify and address any gaps in the current product.
Social Media Management for Acrostrong (Flento app)
The main goal for the project is to manage the social media channel (Tik-Tok) for Acrostrong (Flento app), creating content, scheduling reels and posts, and managing engagement to acquire over 1000 users, gain social media following, and create brand awareness by the end of Q1.
Marketing/Sales Animated Demo for Flento App
The main goal for the project is to create a marketing/sales animated demo for the Flento app that effectively showcases "How to use" and "How to onboard" for potential users. This will involve creating an engaging and informative video that highlights the key features and benefits of the app, as well as the onboarding process for new users.
Create and Implement a Marketing Strategy for Acrostrong's Flento App
The main goal of this project is to create and start implementing a marketing strategy for Acrostrong's Flento app. This will involve managing marketing channels, managing social media, and managing product specialists for marketing efforts. The goal is to acquire over 300 users by the end of Q4.
