Goal:

  • Conduct comprehensive customer discovery research to understand teacher sentiments and administrative challenges to help inform our product roadmap and outreach strategy for the fall.


Scope:

  • Research teacher sentiments on social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, Reddit)
  • Engage teachers online to discuss administrative struggles
  • Conduct 30-minute interviews with 25 individual teachers
  • Analyze data to identify pain points and inform product improvements


Timeline: 7.5 hours a week for 8 weeks
