This will involve several different steps for the team, including:
- Conducting market research to understand the target audience and their needs.
- Developing a comprehensive marketing plan that includes online and offline strategies.
- Creating promotional materials and content for the various products and services.
- Implementing and executing the marketing plan across different channels.
- Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of the marketing strategies and making adjustments as needed.
By the end of the project, the team should complete the following tasks:
- Market research report outlining the target audience and their needs.
- Comprehensive marketing plan with strategies for online education and hospice services.
- Promotional materials and content for the products and services.
- Implementation of the marketing plan across different channels.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of the marketing strategies and recommendations for adjustments.
Final deliverables should include:
- A detailed marketing plan document.
- Promotional materials and content created.
- Analysis report on the effectiveness of the marketing strategies.
Student will receive an initial orientation to HPCO and the project through the self-study of prepared materials and through an orientation meeting with the Director.
Students will meet with the Director on a weekly basis to review project progress and receive feedback. Students can also email or communicate through messaging software with the Director between scheduled meetings to request further direction and feedback.
Students will have the opportunity to work with the broader staff team. Students should have their own laptops and access to any applications required to complete the project.
