New Product Marketing

Our company advertises thousands of products online. We would like to revamp our marketing as we have recently developed a new product. Together with our marketing team, we would like students to design new promotional material for this new product. Based on our insights and additional research, students will develop promotional marketing materials for our existing media and make recommendations on alternative media to consider. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our target market, products and services. Assessing our existing marketing strategy and efforts. Recommending marketing tactics to promote our new product such as exclusive previews and introductory offers. Designing promotional material for various media. Making multiple versions of marketing materials and testing them for comparison.

Website Development and Digital Marketing for Tutoring Company

The Progressive Centre is a tutoring agency based in Durham Region, ON. It provides 1-on-1 or group tutoring for students in grades 1-12. The Progressive Centre only works with math and science and the majority of our clients are high school students. Our aim for this project to increase our presence online by revamping our currently website that is hosted on Go Daddy. We ultimately would like to move over to a Word Press site. We would like to work with students to develop a new website that is easy to maintain while providing an appealing interface for potential clients. We ultimately would like to move over from GoDaddy to a Word Press site. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching different companies and making recommendations on others how our our website can be improved site-building tools on Wordpress and their associated advantages / disadvantages. Conducting a needs analysis to determine which Wordpress themes/plugins is most suitable. Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content Providing company owner training on updating and maintaining the website. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Rewriting website copy with a focus on SEO Providing a competitive analysis of how our company is doing compared to others in the same industry.
